Frequently Asked Questions
Who can access the resources on OXFORDbachillerato.es?
As long as your centre has chosen to use an Oxford University Press Bachillerato text book and has confirmed this choice with the local Oxford University Press España office, the teachers in your English department and students will have exclusive access to www.oxfordbachillerato.es.
What are the access codes?
The access codes are made up of a ‘Username’ and ‘Password’. The teachers will receive their own group ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ which will be different from the students group ‘Username’ and ‘Password’.
Can one centre have several sets of access codes?
There is only one set of unique access codes for the English department teachers and one set of unique access codes for the students.
Do the teachers and students have access to the same content?
No, the teacher’s site contains different content to the student’s site. When a teacher accesses the site using the teacher’s access codes, they can see both the teacher’s and student’s resources. The student access codes do not allow them to see any content designed for teachers.
Do teachers and students share the same access codes?
No, as the content is different, the access codes are also different.
How do I receive the access codes for the site?
If you are a teacher you will receive the access codes via the centre or departmental email account that is registered in our database. Please check with your local Oxford University Press España office that we have the correct and current email address.
When we send the email to the English department’s teachers we include both the teacher’s and the student’s access codes. The teacher’s are then responsible for providing the student’s access codes so it’s a good idea to write them down somewhere safe.
I would like a reminder of my codes.
If you are a student, you can request the access codes from your teacher. If you are a teacher, please request your access codes by clicking on the 'Forgotten your password?' section.
For security reasons, the access codes are only sent to the depatment or centre's email address. Please check with your local Oxford University Press sales team that the centre's email address is correctly registered in our database.

Do academies or teachers of private classes have access to the OXFORDbachillerato.es resources?
Access to OXFORDbachillerato.es is exclusive to Bachillerato teachers and students in state regulated teaching centres as it offers, amongst others, resources for the evaluation of their students based on the official curriculum. To maintain the security of the evaluation material for use in state regulated centres, we do not allow private academies to access the site.
Do academies or teachers of private classes have access to any other type of Oxford online resources?
Yes, we suggest that they consult our web page www.oup.com/es where they will find numerous resources for teachers. These resources are associated to our diverse catalogue of text books directed at students of a similar age and are ready-to-use in class.
My centre uses an Oxford University Press text book in Bachillerato but I don’t have my access codes. How can I receive them?
If you are a student, you can request the access codes from your teacher. If you are a teacher then please contact us via the OXFORDbachillerato.es mailbox.
We will then be able to provide the access codes to the centre/departmental saved in our database. Teachers may also contact the local Oxford University Press España office and they in turn will pass on the request for the codes to the site administrators. Can I receive the access codes via my personal email account?

Valid Email: departamentoingles@colegioxxxxxx.org
Invalid Email: franciscoperez@xxxxxxx.com o franciscoperez@colegioxxxxx.org
